Red Lentil Soup

Tonight I made Red Lentil Soup. With a side of salad topped with cranberries, sunflower seeds, and Vidalia Onion vinaigrette dressing. Also a oven roasted broccoli side. Delicious!

French Onion Soup

Last night I made French Onion Soup.

Your probably thinking, "Where's the soup?" It's all under the bread and cheese. The soup tasted great, but then I put the bread and cheese on to it and put it in the oven and it turned into a soggy mess. In the inside. Fortunately I was the only one who hated the soup and so it was somehow eaten. 

Happiness

Happiness is simple. "People are as happy as they make up their minds to be" - Abraham Lincoln. It is all summed up right there in that quote. Happiness, of course is broken from time to time. But in any circumstance there is chance to be happy. It's a hard thing to learn, but a good thing to learn. Of course when one is unhappy, talking to an understanding older sister is also helpful.

The First
